I · Terms of sale

Who you are buying from

The Psycho-Astrology Behavioral Blueprint ("the Blueprint", "the document") is sold by Psyche ID, established in the Netherlands.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your card statement and on your invoice, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. We never see, handle or store your card details.

What you are buying

A single, personalised digital document of approximately twenty-four pages, delivered once as a PDF attachment by email. It is generated from the birth details and questionnaire answers you supply, using the process described on the method page.

You are not buying a subscription, a consultation, ongoing access, a login, updates, or any human service. One payment, one document, and the transaction is complete.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. The document discusses adult psychological material and is not written for, or suitable for, minors. Do not purchase on behalf of a person under 18.

Price and payment

The price is €149, inclusive of VAT where applicable. The final amount, including any tax determined by your billing country, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.

Delivery

Your document is generated and emailed automatically after payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes and in almost all cases within thirty minutes. It is delivered to the email address you entered in the questionnaire.

You are responsible for supplying a correct and working email address. If you enter an address with a typo, we can resend to the correct address once you tell us — see section II.

Accuracy of the details you supply

Your chart is computed from the birth date, birth time, city and country you enter. If any of these is wrong, the chart will be wrong, and the document written from it will be wrong with it. Please check them before you submit. This is the one part of the process we cannot verify for you.

What the document is, and is not

The Blueprint is written self-reflection material for personal use. It is not therapy, not medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, not a clinical or diagnostic instrument, and not professional advice of any kind. Nothing in it should be relied on in place of qualified help. If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or your local support service.

The six behavioral axes are a scoring model built for this instrument. They are not a clinically validated psychometric scale and are not presented as one. Astrology is not an empirical science, and we make no claim that it is; what is and is not being claimed is set out at length on the method page.

Your document is yours

Your Blueprint is written for you and you may keep it, print it, and share it with anyone you choose, including a therapist or coach. What you may not do is resell it, republish it publicly as your own work, or use it or any part of it to build, train or market a competing product.

The underlying system — the questionnaire, the scoring model, the document specification and the design — remains ours.

Limits of our liability

We provide the Blueprint with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of the document. It is material for reflection, and the choices you make after reading it remain yours.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, and nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase, dated at the top.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country and may bring proceedings there. If you are a consumer resident in the United States, nothing in this clause limits any protection given to you by the law of your own state.

II · Refunds & delivery

The Blueprint is a digital document, generated specifically for you and delivered by email immediately after payment. That shapes what a refund can reasonably mean, so this section says exactly what we do and do not refund.

Your withdrawal right, and why it ends at delivery

Purchases of digital content in the EU normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. There is a specific, standard exception where the content is delivered immediately: by completing your purchase you give your express prior consent to immediate delivery of the document and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. You confirm this at checkout.

This is not a way of avoiding refunds. It exists because your document is written to order and cannot be returned, unread, in the way a physical object can. What we do refund is set out immediately below.

If your document does not arrive — full refund

Non-delivery is refunded in full. If you have not received your Blueprint within thirty minutes of payment, do this:

• Check your spam or junk folder first. The document arrives as a PDF attachment from an address you have never received mail from, which is precisely the combination email filters hold back. This resolves the large majority of "it never arrived" reports.
• If it is not there, email [email protected] from — or quoting — the email address you used at checkout, and include your order number.

We will then check our delivery records for your order. Every document we send is logged with a delivery status returned by our email provider, so we can normally establish within a few hours whether it left our systems, whether your mail server accepted it, and whether it bounced.

• If it never reached you — it failed, bounced, or was never sent — we resend it immediately, and refund you in full if you prefer that instead.
• If it was delivered to a mistyped address, we resend it to the correct one at no charge.
• If our records show it was accepted by your mail server, we will tell you when, and where it went, and resend it. If you still cannot locate it after that, we will refund you.

We would rather resend a document ten times than argue about one. The delivery record exists so that a genuine failure is easy to establish quickly, not so that it can be used against you.

If the document was defective

If your document arrives corrupted, incomplete, or computed from birth details other than the ones you submitted, tell us and we will regenerate it, or refund you in full if you prefer. This is a fault on our side and it is treated as one.

What we do not refund

We do not refund a document that was delivered, complete, and generated from the details you supplied, on the grounds that you did not agree with its contents or did not find it useful. The Blueprint is written to be accurate rather than agreeable — some of it is intended to be uncomfortable — and it cannot be returned once read.

Nor do we refund a document computed correctly from birth details that you entered incorrectly. If that has happened, write to us anyway: we will tell you what we can do, and in genuine cases of a simple error we would usually rather help than refuse.

This is why the whole method is published in advance, at length, and why a sample of the document's actual register is shown on the front page. Please read them before buying. If anything is unclear, ask us before you purchase — we would much rather answer a question than take money from someone who wanted something else.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Almost every dispute we could receive is something we would simply have fixed — an undelivered document, a filter that swallowed it, a typo in an email address. Writing to us takes minutes and is faster than a chargeback, which typically takes your bank several weeks to resolve.

If you do open a dispute, it is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and we will supply them with the order and delivery records for your purchase so that your bank can decide with the facts in front of it. We will not charge you a fee for raising a dispute.

III · Privacy notice

Your questionnaire answers describe how you behave under pressure. That is personal material, and it is treated as such. This section is a complete account of what is collected, where it goes, and what is kept.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Psyche ID, established in the Netherlands and contactable at [email protected].

What we collect

Exactly what the questionnaire asks, and nothing else:

• Your name and email address — to prepare and deliver your document.
• Your birth date, birth time, birth city and birth country, and your stated confidence in the birth time — to compute your natal chart.
• Your answers to the twelve questions — the behavioral material the assessment is written from.

We do not collect your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; we receive confirmation that an order was paid, and the email address associated with it, never the card itself.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party cookies on this site.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We process your name, email and birth details to perform the contract you entered into when you bought the document — we cannot produce it otherwise.

Your questionnaire answers can reveal sensitive things about your psychological life. We process them on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you submit the questionnaire knowing what it will be used for. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your record; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Where your data goes

Four external services are involved, each receiving only what it needs:

Transfers to service providers outside the European Economic Area are made under the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your natal chart itself is computed on our own systems. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than producing and delivering your document.

What is kept, and for how long

• The PDF is deleted from our systems as soon as it has been emailed to you. We do not keep a copy. Your inbox holds the only one.
• Your order record — your answers, your computed chart and the generated text — is retained so that we can resend your document if it goes missing, investigate a failed order, and answer a payment dispute. We keep it while it may still be needed for those purposes, and we delete it on request at any time.
• Operational logs record order progress by internal reference and delivery address. They never contain your answers, your birth details, or the content of your document.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to: give you a copy of the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or provide it in a portable form. You may also withdraw your consent to our processing of your questionnaire answers.

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. Deletion removes your order record entirely — note that we cannot recall a PDF already delivered to your inbox, and that after deletion we can no longer resend your document.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

Order data is held in a private database on our server, access to which is restricted to the operator. All connections to the services listed above are encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, and we do not claim ours is; we hold as little as the product allows and delete the most sensitive artefact — your finished document — immediately.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process their data. If you believe a minor has submitted the questionnaire, contact us and we will delete the record.
